Brushing our teeth is a chore which most of us like to complete in the shortest possible time. Most of us take no more than a minute to brush our teeth. For brushing to be more effective we should let the froth of the paste stay in the mouth for at least 5 minutes. 10 minutes would be better. Take your time in brushing. It will be time well spent.

    Hello Manoj,
Thanks for the comments but let me correct some points for u.. 5 minutes for brushing is more than enough.. more than that u would b overbrushing..
And also the froth doesnt do anything.. thatz just a gimmick used by the companies.. infact the toothpaste per se has a very limited role to play in the brushing..
Its more bout the method to brush..
Keep reading the blog.. the post bout the correct method to brush is about to come soon...
