Bleeding Gums Redness - Gingivitis Explained

Continuing with the last post in which importance of the Regular Dental check up and the Importance of brushing, I am putting forward this post as the most important symptom or Sign which comes when the disease starts appearing...
As explained it is the build up of Plaque and deposits over the period of time which then leads to the diseases process starting n happening...
Gingivitis is a very common oral health issue and is basically a mild form of gum disease. This mild gum disease causes soreness, redness and irritation of the gums. As gingivitis can be really mild, many folks in fact have gingivitis and are entirely unaware. Even though someone can have gingivitis without knowing, this doesn’t imply it ought to be taken lightly.
Healthy gums are meant to be pale pink and firm, so if you notice your gums are red, puffy or bleed with ease, you should consider seeing your dentist because there is a chance you have gingivitis. The most common symptoms of gingivitis are soft, puffy/swollen and sometimes tender gums. Also, receding gums or gums that easily bleed can be indicators of this common condition.
Also another major problem which comes to getting your teeth cleaned properly and not maintaining oral hygiene is the Bad Breath. Now we all know how detrimental it can be to your professional and personal relationships as well.
Done with that the best way to avoid Ginigivitis and Bad Breath is the maintainence of oral hygiene... Now wat does the maintaining oral hygiene means.... Great dental hygiene starts with brushing your teeth a minimum of 2 times every day, once after waking in the morning and again before retiring at night. Also, it is recommended that you floss every day. In addition, regular dental cleanings with your dentist or dental hygienist are strongly recommended within a good dental cleanliness regimen.
If you begin to notice any of the symptoms outlined in this article, it is strongly recommended that you contact your dentist and book an appointment. The consequences of leaving gingivitis untreated are not something you likely want to experience.
Tommorow am planning to write bout the process of brushing and maintaining Oral hygiene... Till then Keep smiling n keep posting your comments and queries if any....
